目前的质粒绘图软件尚不能对绘制过程中的任意步骤进行撤销或修改,一旦绘制出错,就只能重新绘制,这给质粒图谱绘制带来了很多麻烦。本文编制了可任意修改的质粒绘图软件PCircle ,并对该软件的编制思路及Flash 作为生物软件编制工具的可行性作了阐述及分析。
