缺陷，也有可能是很多定向排列的小晶粒组成大晶粒，小晶粒的排列不是严格均一就会这样。

还有一种可能是样品是多层的。

how can u find that it contain two sets of spots? i only index as the [11-20] zone axis of hexagonal GaN.
