胶鞋健康安全技术规范 本标准的第5章为强制性的（其中pH值限量值为推荐性的），其余为推荐性的。 本标准与EN14602：2004《鞋类评估生态指标的试验方法》（Footwear — Test methods for the assessment of ecological criteria）、2002/231/EC《制定颁布欧盟鞋类环保标志的环保标准修订版和对1999/179/EC决议的修订决议》（establishing revised ecological criteria for the award of the Community eco-label to footwear and amending Decision 1999/179/EC）、2008/63/EC《关于延长2002/231/EC、2002/255/EC、2002/371/EC、2003/200/EC和2003/287/EC等特定产品的欧盟环保标志的环保标准的有效性的修正决议》（amending Decisions 2002/231/EC，2002/255/EC，2002/371/EC，2003/200/EC and 2003/287/EC in order to prolong the ecological criteria for the award of the Community eco-label to certain products）的一致性程度为非等效。
