电流的大小对离子减薄的速度并没有很大的影响,它只是随电压的一个客观概念,真正影响减薄速度的是电压以及材料本身的特性。

KeV is more important, current may be not.
Use low KeV if possible. You may want to use normal KeV at very beginning, and use low KeV near the end of milling or use low KeV all the time.
Angle and beam alignment are more important than current.
For same material, low current on one (old) machine may mill the sample faster and better than that high current on another (new) 691.
Try same sample on two systems, you could answer your question yourself. Good luck.
