【原创】CNAS翻译错误

是不是可以直接向CNAS联系

感觉使用官方的也没有问题，并且不能说翻译错误，毕竟是等同嘛。。。

官方的所有可以解释无论是实验室内的或者和客户签订的合同额外的都包括在内

重点不是在所有／全部，而是条款。认真的，不知应如何理解这条款所指的是甚么

ISO 17025 要点之一是很多东西都要写下来 (documented).

My understanding of “provision” is the “documented procedure”. 一个明文规定(documented)的程序(procedure),译成条款可能不是最佳, 但也不能算错。

Provision 的确可以解作stipulation，所以一般翻译为条款，但是provision还有其他解释：

Stipulation跟documentedprocedure不一样，它的同意词是proviso，是条款，多少有点法律含意和强制性。整份ISO17025只有三处用过provision这个字，其余两处都是用１a(提供)的解释，但是当要求procedure的时候，只有这里有提及provision

个人认为取1c的解释比较符合上文下理，程序要包括检测和/或校准物品的运输、接收、处置、保护、存储、保管和/或清理，即整个流程的每一部份，但除此以外，还包括一切所需的预防措施来保护检测和/或校准物品完整性、保护实验室和客户利益的‧

虽然标题是翻译错误，但我不是为挑骨头，重点是对这个要求的理解，如果是条款，要考虑的只是文件，但如果是预防措施，重点又是另一样了，程序要包含在每个过程“如何”操作，亦要考虑一切预防措施。

In the past laboratory assessments conducted by the local authority, whenever the assessor pointed out any NC (non-conformity), I used to find the excuse or 自园其说. Therefore, when I read “CNAS翻译错误”, my immediate response was 如何“狡辯”。

这是不对的, 尽管有几分歪理 (预防措施should be documented, once the 预防措施is put in writing, it becomes条文、条款)。 事实上, provision应译作 “预防措施”, 原因有二:

(1) 很多字典都证明, provision其中一个意思是“预防措施”;

(2) 5.8.1之行文亦与ISO17025的一些重要原则相呼应的, i.e. not only to ensure doing it right, but also to prevent from doing it wrong, 因此ISO17025有Section 4.12 Preventive action. 我曾因为没Preventive Action Plan吃過一个NC, 也因为这个NC令我醒觉到provision应理解为 “预防措施”。
