请教熟悉NMR的朋友，
1H NMR chemical shifts are reported in ppm relative to SiMe4 (δ=0) and referenced internally with respect to the protio solvent impurity. 13C NMR spectra were referenced internally with respect to the solvent resonance. 31P NMR spectra were referenced using H3PO4 (δ=0) as an external standard.

NMR中定标问题，例如里面所说的做31P－NMR时可用H3PO4做外标，它的化学位移是0，那么NMR谱图中其它峰的化学位移也就可知了

1. “referenced internally with respect to the protio solvent impurity”: 对氘代氯仿溶剂, 其 solvent impurity 指的是 7.24 ppm 的 CHCl3 峰.
2. “13C NMR spectra were referenced internally with respect to the solvent resonance”: 对氘代氯仿溶剂, 其 solvent resonance 指的是 CDCl3 7 那个三重峰的的中间峰 (77.00 ppm).
