    那可不一定,总说生物碱拖尾是因为吸附管壁,可我没有用任何涂层,依然做出很漂亮的峰。有时候拖尾可能是柱子不太行,换根柱子,可能就有很大的改善

    拖尾是很明显的吸附现象,你做的生物碱有很漂亮的峰,说明你的生物碱没有吸附情况,不代表别人的样品会产生吸附。
