Take a cold-bath, you will be fine quickly. It is said that the cold bath could inspire your inner power to protect you from normal disease.

I don't want to take medicine when I got a cold,but when after a few days I had to take medicine.

I hate taking medicine， especially west medicine. I don't like to take antibiotics when I have a cold, I maybe take some Chinese medicine for a sore throat, cough，headache after during I catch a cold.

You have strong body that makes you come up quickly with out medicine care when sick.
When I were sick I will look for medicine care immedietly.
Beacuse it is your resposibility to become healthy as soon as possible especially when the ill is effectious or this may become a little apisode in office.
