【求助】请问染色馒头可以翻译成tainted steamed bun吗？

It's OK. "dyed buns" is also acceptable. If you use dyed/tainted buns, better not to include the word steamed, although there's nothing wrong with the meaning. However, it just sounds odd if two words end with -ed put together.
