“伴随地”这词的意思指的是决定和措施处在一种即将成功的阶段。

determinations or measurements 都有测定、测量的意思，我觉得Concomitantly这个单词在这里应该是在强调操作的连续性与及时性，也就是前一操作结束后后面的操作要紧接着进行，不能拖延太长时间，下面有个例子：

Decant the hexane layers into separate 1-cm cells, and concomitantly determine the absorbances of the solutions in 1-cm cells at the wavelength of maximum absorbance at about 242 nm, with a suitable spectrophotometer

Concomitantly : 紧接地



(immediate : 紧; succession : 接 ;
