The best digestion method for solder is as below.
1)weight 0.25 gram solder accuracy to 0.1mg, place the sample in PTFE breaker (100mL).
2)add 25ml hydrochloric acid and 10ml nitric acid in the 100ml PTFE breaker to digest the solder. pay attention to heating the breaker at 80~100 degree C;
3)when the solder is digested completly, the solution is transparent. Or the sample isn't dissolved completed.
4)tansfer the solution in volumetric flask (100ml or 250ml) with 10%(w/w) hydrochloric acid;
5)Detect the solution made at step 4 by device such as AAS or ICP.
