EU/10/2011 重金属溶出量测试的时间跟温度如何选择？

特殊迁移与全面迁移就模拟物体积不一样，测试条件都一样。

为什么要浸泡10天，模拟实际使用时的条件。

为什么体积不一样？ 我们一般都是把乙酸全迁完的再放乙酸进去做特殊迁移。

LZ所说的就是塑料中重金属特殊迁移（specific migration）

根据EU 10/2011 特殊迁移与全迁移（globle migration or overall migration）条件选择是不一样的（温度和时间）全迁移只有7种条件可以选择
特殊迁移可以有很多种
其条件选择如下：

This temperature shall be used only for food simulants D2 and E. For applications heated under pressure migration testing under pressure at the relevant temperature may be performed. For food simulants A, B, C or D1 the test may be replaced by a test at 100 °C or at reflux temperature for duration of four times the time selected according to the conditions in Table 1.

针对LZ的条件 再依据EU10/2011 特殊迁移的选择条件
应该用3%醋酸40度浸泡3天，3天后取出浸泡液上机测试重金属（Ba、Co、Cu、Fe、Li、Mn、Zn）含量 单位 mg/kg

原则上测试的体积是一样的 基本上都要按照6dm2对应1000mL 模拟液
但根据你所要取的体积不一样，对浸泡的 做重金属特殊迁移 因为上机 只需2-15mL溶液即可
可以取小面积 萃取即可 对全迁移 取的量各个实验室可能不一样 一般都要取100或200mL 做残留测试
相对应的取的样品的面积就要打 样品就多些。对于填充的，基本都要加满

”把乙酸全迁完的再放乙酸进去做特殊迁移“意思是不是样品做完全面迁移后，重新加入乙酸做特殊迁移啊？
