【Abstract】 Objectve To determine its contents and to find out the variation regularity in fruits of Amorpha frutioosa L.. Methods Diamonsil C18 (2004.6mm, 5μm)column was used with the mixture of 0.025mol/L H3PO4 water and methanol as the mobile phase, and the UV absorbance detection was set at 270nm.
