【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of dobutamine hydrochloride glucose injection and the related substance of glucose——5 hydroxymethyl furfuraldehyde was established. A Diamonsil C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of sodium 1 octanesulfonate buffer solution(pH2.5) acetonitrile methanol(58∶28∶14). The detection wavelength was 278 nm.
