GC-MS法测定蔬菜和水果中有机磷和有机氯农药的残留量
Abstract: A method has been developed for the determination of16 organophosphorus and 13 organochlorine pesticides residue in vegetables and fruits by GC-MS 6800 of Skyray Instrument. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by ENVI-Carb/PSA solid phase extraction cartridge, and analyzed using GC-MS. The method detecion limits of these compounds are in the range from 1.5ug/kg to8.9μg / kg.The method demonstrated high speed, recovery and accuracy on pesticides residue, indicating that GC-MS 6800 can be used to analyze organphosphorus and organochlorine pesticides residue in vegetables and fruits.
