Overview of costs:

For participation in one PT 275 Euro (in 2012) or 280 Euro (in 2013) will be charged. In the case that a certificate of participation (or Excellence) is ordered, 15 Euro (in 2012 and 2013) per certificate will be charged.

Additional costs:

1) In order to promote payment of our invoices by credit card, no additional costs will be charged anymore.

2) Consumer goods like textiles and plastics are sent via courier (DHL by default). In 2012, these courier costs are 85 Euro per dispatch and in 2013 this will be 90 Euro. When possible, sample dispatches are combined to reduce the transport costs. When the customer has a FEDEX or DHL account, this account may be used; however in that case the courier costs are still 50 Euro (packing, documents and extra handling).

3) Administration costs. Several companies require large administrative efforts from our company on our invoice and/or a contract. The costs involved may be significant. In such cases administration costs (50 Euro minimum) will be charged.

4) Invoice costs. Invoices will be sent by e-mail only (as full colour pdf, that will give an original invoice after printing on a colour printer), per 1-1-2013. When your company does not accept invoices by e-mail only, we will also send you a hard copy by DHL. This to avoid loss of the invoice. The costs involved may be significant. In such cases administration costs (50 Euro minimum) will be charged. The same is valid when your company requires a stamped and/or signed invoice.
