请教关于云母原子像的成像条件!

云母原子像？？？
什么意思，
表征云母应该不要什么条件吧，
就因为云母解离后非常平整才用作为基底的

应该是很平, 什么都没有. 原子象? 别搞笑了. 表面高低起伏1NM以下就很不错了. 根本看不到原子.
