ICP错误提示，你遇到过哪些？

PE的ICP错误提示

切割气压力不够

Plasma shear gas is not flowing.

A shear gas (compressed air or nitrogen) must be flowing

while operating the plasma to prevent damage to the system.

Check the following:

? Make sure the shear is connected and turned on.

? Make sure the pressure is set to a minimum of 415 kPa

(60 psi).

After performing these checks try again to operate the

plasma. If you are not successful after several trials, contact

PerkinElmer service and arrange a service visit.

进样系统漏气，废液拍不出去，等离子不稳定

Plasma Impedance (Plasma-Z) exceeds working range.

Check that all sample introduction tubing is properly

connected.

Check/perform maintenance on the sample introduction

system including the torch, injector, injector adapter, and

nebulizer.

Check/replace all torch O-Rings if necessary.

Change the method to reduce sample or vapor loading to

improve analytical performance.

Plasma went out unexpectedly.

If this happened during ignition, try the following:

? Observe the plasma discharge during ignition through the

viewing window. If the plasma lights, but then extinguishes

right away, check the argon flows, torch condition, and test

for air leaks.

? If the sample is very volatile, try a less volatile sample or

switch to water.

? If analyzing volatile samples, a higher power setting and

lower nebulizer gas flow rate may be required.

If this happened during normal operation then the plasma

detection circuit that monitors the plasma is the most likely

problem. If you continue to have problems, contact

PerkinElmer service and arrange a service visit.

印象中这两个问题遇过两三遍，重启主机电源解决

The spectrometer has a serious hardware problem.

A service visit may be required. Consult the Spectrometer

page of the Diagnostics window for additional information

about the problem.

You may be able to correct the problem by reinitializing the

spectrometer. Click on the Reconnect button on the

Spectrometer page of the Diagnostics window. The amount

of time required will depend on the spectrometer being

initialized.

这问题比较奇怪，进行了很多操作都不行，最后换了一根全新的矩管解决了，之前的那两根矩管裂缝太大不能使用

Current through power transistor out of tolerance.

This problem may be due to a damaged transistor requiring

a service visit or it may be due to improper plasma

conditions.

Try the following:

? Observe the plasma discharge during ignition through the

viewing window. If the plasma lights, but then extinguishes

right away, check the argon flows, torch condition, and test

for air leaks.

? If the plasma is being blown out of the torch or is unstable

during ignition, then check for proper argon flow and air

leaks.

? If the plasma is stable during ignition, but still extinguishes,

one of the transistors may have been damaged and must be

replaced by service.

Try again to ignite the plasma. If you are not successful after

several trials, contact PerkinElmer service and arrange a

service visit.

仪器还是要好好保养护理。出问题的耗材该换就换。

安捷伦的错误提示，RF冷却风量不足。

一般是由于风压感应器的测风口有微堵的情况。

这个还没碰到过，TANG566版主不是找安捷伦维修过吗？维修细节怎么样？我知道安捷伦ICP点火要两次，一般第一次点火后熄灭会提示F1245

没有更换部件，花费了两千多。
