你所说的电压是指加载靶材和灯丝之间的高压,这个高压会影响寿命,但并不是决定性的因素。
决定性的因素其实是你说的电流,这个电流是指灯丝发出来的轰击靶材的电子束流,要产生55mA这么大的电子束流,灯丝中通过的电流是以A(安倍)为单位的,高达几安培或者十几安培的电流才能产生你所要的束流——这也是WDXRF光管要通循环水冷却的原因所在——你还把束流拉到最大值,你说对寿命影响哪个大?
另外,我不太明白,你用的Mo靶材,怎么是看到了W本底信号?W来自哪里?你认为是W灯丝蒸发出来的,还是Mo靶材中含有W?

我们是瑞典COX公司的ITRAX 系列XRF芯体扫描仪。
W本底是W灯丝蒸发后附着在Mo阳极上的,灯管在500小时前,100s扫描时间看不到W的峰值,现在1000小时了,W背景从2000-4000—8000到左右了,我觉得速度有点太快了,难道是跟用到最大电流有关系吗?
咨询过COX的工程师,对方说只能在30kV下工作,太高的电压会对低能量段产生干扰,不建议使用。说55mA即使对寿命有影响,影响也非常小。
对方的解释:
Use always 30kV for XRF.
If you only get OCR 30000 at 30kV 55mA will give a better result than
35kV and higher.
The effect on the lif time very small if any.
Background 1-2.5keV is the reason.
关于W本底:
When the filament is heated there will also be some free W-ions around it. The positive W-ions will also be accelerated and can hit the anode, so after some time there will be at thin layer of W on the anode surface. This W-layer will be thicker and thicker when the tube is getting older. This will give stronger and stronger W-lines in the spectra.
