【讨论】固体紫外漫反射得到的光谱纵坐标是吸收值 还用Kubelka-Munk转换吗

  • 固体紫外漫反射 得到的原始数据纵坐标是什么?我的仪器测的给的是A(吸收),还能做K-M变换吗?还是直接就可以用测的数据

    可以直接用,因为做之前你已经做了zeor/baseline,0%和100%两个标准已经确定了。

    测试时选的是FR模式,得到的谱图纵坐标是FR, 可以直接用吗,FR是什么含义,和A有什么关系啊

    一般FR其实就已经帮你K-M变换了。

    The Kubelka-Munk theory is generally used for the analysis of diffuse reflectance spectra obtained from weakly absorbing samples. It provides a correlation between reflectance and concentration. The concentration of an absorbing species can be determined using the Kubelka Munk formula:

    F(R) = (1R)²/2R = k/s = Ac/s

    R = reflectance
    k = absorption coefficient
    s = scattering coefficient
    c = concentration of the absorbing species
    A = absorbance

    你好, 不是很理解,这里的F(R)代表的是什么,是直接测的反射值吗?那这个反射值是与浓度成比例的吗,谢谢
