If the dislocation lies in a plane parallel to the surface of the specimen, then you can form a series of images using different g-vectors.
Note that if g*b=0, the dislocation will be invisible.

Edge dislocation can be determined by HRTEM, there are extra half atomic plane.

At different orientation, there maybe be contrast change, like stacking fault fringes.

不要用高分辨是不是就不能鉴定刃位错?

混合型怎么鉴定呢?

g*b 确定柏氏矢量，迹线法确定位错线方向，有了这两个参数就好判断了

混合型位错就是b和t（位错线方向矢量）有夹角

先用消光法来确定b矢量方向 然后和位错线的方向去对就可以了

高分辨基本上只能看到edge dislocation

screw dislocaion 在高分辨上是不能直接看的 只在位错核心处有应力畸变
