? Disconnected, poorly connected or malfunctioning cable.

氩气控制器出问题了，是不是哪地方漏气啊！看看各气路压力咋样

谢谢大家，现在没找出原因，但是卸真空以后，重新关机再开机就好了，不知道为啥，新年后第一次开机。。。
