It can be reasonable for the same chemical state doublet peak to have similar (same) FWHM so as you said above having 2 sets of peaks and FWHM of 1.36/1.36 and 3.33/3.33 can be a good sign. If you can post your spectrum, possibly can comment more.

赞同楼上老师的回复。在一个谱图中（测试条件相同），同一元素因化学环境不同会有结合能位移，但是谱峰的半高宽应该接近，所以解谱时应该用相近的半高宽拟合。在你的解谱中1.36和3.33的半高宽相差很大，需要分析一下3.33的谱峰中是否还有其他物种存在，是否需要进一步解谱。但是有时物种特别复杂，很难区分，也会用一个较宽的谱峰，但是要在解谱结果中说明。
