从上述结果来看,从10%橙汁饮料里面一共鉴定测定了126个香料香气挥发性组分。主要是甜橙油的组分。柠稀含量很高,另外添加乙醛,乙酸乙酯,丁酸乙酯,脂肪醛,松油醇,等组分。部分组分含量从10%的果汁而来,部分从添加的食用香料香精而来。添加部分的天然油成分为主,附加一些其他香料组成。ABALYN从果汁饮料的乳化剂而来。
2.4 用二氯甲烷萃取对极性组分和非极性组分的提取较好,试剂容易得到。由于需要分析小分子极性组分,极性柱子的分离效果好,峰型好。但二氯甲烷在极性柱子上面和乙醇峰靠近,由于溶剂延迟而无法检查到乙醛,乙酸乙酯等组分,需要用其它方法弥补,例如固相微萃取(SPME)。或者更换萃取溶剂,例如乙醚戊烷。但由于需要浓缩,乙醛,乙酸乙酯等组分还会有所损失的。另外二氯甲烷属于卤素化合物可能会对环境(臭氧层)有影响,根据蒙特利尔国家化学公约,应当减少其使用。
