Role: Sales manager for Bruker BioSpin PCI Division, China with a focus on NMI (Nuclear Molecular Imaging) products (PET, PET/CT, PET/SPECT/CT, PET/MR) with experience in the clinical research environment.
Responsibilities: • Manage leads and opportunities in the Chinese PCI market for all PCI modalities with a focus on NMI products • Build and manage sales funnel • Implement appropriate tactics and execute sales to achieve targets • Manage sales channels (direct, agents, distributors) • Collaborate with PCI China country manager • Support sales groth and business development strategies • Implement and support educational and promotional strategies and events to maximize customer awareness • Establish and maintain communication with prospects, customers and KOLs to develop a solid understanding of their needs and applications • Communicate the benefits of new system hardware/software along with the value provided by new PCI systems • Collaborate with Bruker application and support team from PCI products • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
• BA/ BS degree in life sciences. • Self-motivated, adaptive, assertive personality with experience in the field of preclinical imaging instrumentation sales and/or application • Understanding of imaging technology, in particular PET and unique requirements related to the research market • Understanding of the small animal research market • Familiar with the clinical research environment • Good written and oral English skills • Willingness to travel extensively within China (>60%) and internationally • Ability to build, leverage, and optimize business relationships • Good verbal, written, interpersonal, computer, and technical communication, organizational, and presentation skills, including advanced MS Office proficiency and experience with CRM tools • Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state required • Valid passport with ability for frequent domestic and international travel required
