职位名称:客服支持 — 上海 职位描述/要求:Essential functions 1) Support work - Generally, supporting service people in all the processes, but NOT taking care of technical issues. - To answer the 400 service hotline and email. - To record the service problem and assign to the proper service engineer via system. - To support service engineer to scheduling of installation, repair and maintenance.
2) CRM / SAP management - Handling the CRM / SAP system and complying with the general processes defined. - Delivering the quotation to service engineer to required customers, and preparing the spare parts / repair parts once necessary. - Following up the payment after making the application of invoice in SAP ERP.
3) Others - Selling the consumable goods for the assigned product line. - Cooperation with marketing responsible person in regards of service marketing activities. - Performs other duties as assigned.
