职位名称:Regional Marketing Program Manager 职位描述/要求:ROLE DESCRIPTION The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) plans, designs and executes all marketing activities for the assigned segments (Chemical and Energy) and product lines (GC) programs for China.
In this position you effectively design the regional marketing programs and execute the global assigned marketing strategy. You will develop the business case to select the appropriate program tactics with the China and report the success of your programs to the China and global organization. Together with the global MPM team, Marcom team and WW product management, you govern all outbound aspects of China new product launches and manage the PLAZ portfolio-mix though the entire product life-cycle including up- and cross-sell opportunities with other businesses. On the business development side, you own the overall market sensing for the assigned market segments within China. The MPM also develops and shares business intelligence and insight to drive sales channel behavior and funnel in close collaboration with the China Business Managers. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Measures and evaluates impacts of owned marketing programs. Implements corrective actions to ensure delivery of targeted results and objectives. • Works closely with the China and global Marcom teams to execute programs and track assigned spend. • Works closely with the China Marcom team to develop program metrics and effective tactics mix. Collaborate for all CRM related aspects of sales and marketing integration. • Works with the PLAZ sales channels to monitor and analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel. • Serves together with the sales managers as single point of contact for the China sales channels for WW Business Unit requests and reciprocally provides the field perspective to the WW Business Unit. • The China MPM reports to the China Marketing Manager. SUCCESS MEASURES • Product line and assigned market segments marketing and sales funnel performance (DG funnel $ generation and won deal $) • Product line and assigned market segments program return on marketing investment (%) • Product line and assigned market segments, China quota performance/ business growth • Quality/quantity of business communication between China channels and product solution unit QUALIFICATIONS • University education in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology or comparable; • Intimate knowledge of the Analytical Instrumentation markets in China. • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in a China field sales and/or field marketing environment. • Proven track record in business development, marketing program design or similar. • Demonstrated skills in teamwork, results-orientation and strong persistence to reach goals. • Ability to work across a global organization with international business experience. • Excellent English communication skills (written / oral). Ability to collaborate equally effective throughout all hierarchical levels • Willingness for travel for ~ 25% of the time. • Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility and workload; Willingness to prioritize tasks and take quick decisions. • Based in an Agilent Office and close to a hub-airport is advantageous.
