立即投递该职位 职位名称: Product Support Engineer-上海市 职位描述/要求:Job Description Primary responsibilities for this role are to provide post-sales support, develop the support strategy for new products, develop and deliver technical training to the Agilent technical support teams, such as field service and remote service engineers. Uses in-depth technical or scientific knowledge and product expertise to resolve product support escalations. Interact directly with customers or provide deep support internally to Field Service Engineers, Remote Engineers, or customer call center personnel. For new products ensures support plan, repair levels, and production support plans are developed and implemented. Provide technical product and measurement consulting on presales opportunities. Interact with marketing, technical support, QA, manufacturing, product development, etc. as well as external customers to ensure that products have necessary features, cost parameters, supportability goals, reliability targets and release schedules. Be responsible for writing product/process user documentation. Solves complex, high impact technical support program/ process design/ development problems. Job Qualification Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job. Strong knowledge on GC and sample introduction products. 8+ years repair and application experience on GPSD products, such as GC, GCMSD, TD, P&T and CTC, etc. Good English in writing, reading and speaking.
