Hi, I am a new user. with little experience in TEM. I have two questions. a), my samples are nano particles, they are pretty easy to agglomerate together. I use ultrasonic to seperate them. but does not work after drying. how you guys do? do you have any tricks to keep them seperate? b), how to find the nano particles if they are not uniformaly distributed on the copper grid? say, most of the particles are agglomerated, and some seperated particles at somewhere else but pretty far away from the agglomerated ones, if there is any.
