2010年6月18日，欧盟化学管理局（ECHA）宣布在高度关注物质（SVHC）授权候选清单中增加8项化学物质。 欧盟化学管理局（ECHA）劝告各企业警惕产品中出现这些物质，以免造成不必要的损失。经过相关详细的程序， 欧盟委员会将决定是否将这些物质加入高度关注物的授权清单。 经过此次的更新，目前候选清单已增加至38项。 On 18 June 2010, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) announced to add eight more chemicals to the candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorisation. The ECHA is now advising companies to aware those substances in their products to avoid unnecessary loss. A specific procedure will be taken by The EU Member State Committee to decide whether those substances will be included in the authorisation list. By addition of the eight new substances, currently there are 38 substances on the candidate list.
