【求助】关于安捷伦液相色谱压力的问题

All the tubing will create pressure. You can check block by block to find the source of pressure creation. Part of you capillary may be blocked to some degree. Check the pressure with or without connection to your detector, you can check out how much pressure you have in your flow cell. Your have 80 bar in your pressure display doesn't mean you have 80 bar in your detector. If you see some part of your capillary give you significant pressure increase, replace that capillary.

你可以接了柱子，不接检测器看看现在的压力，然后再接上检测器，看看那的压力，压力差可以认为就是检测器的压力。

恩，同意！不接柱子时压力过高很有可能是过滤白头太脏引起的！

过滤白头是易耗品,是要经常换的!!

不接色谱柱压力这么高，看看是不是溶剂过滤头或者过滤白头脏了。
