2010年3月1日，加拿大食品检验局警告公众勿食用具有以下信息的帕尔马干酪，因为该产品可能染李斯特菌。

被召回产品的信息如下：

截止目前，尚未出现与此问题相关的染病报告。

目前，位于安大略省康科德市（concord）的Arla Foods公司正主动将产品召回。加拿大食品检验局正对召回效果进行监控。

OTTAWA, March 1, 2011 : The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning the public not to consume the grated cheeseproduct with Parmesan described below, because this product may be contaminated with Listeriamonocytogenes.

The following product is affected by this alert.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.

Food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenesmay not look or smell spoiled.Consumption of food contaminated with this bacteria may causelisteriosis, a foodborne illness. Listeriosis can cause high fever,severe headache,neck stiffness and nausea. Pregnant women, the elderly and people withweakened immune systems are particularly at risk. Infected pregnantwomen mayexperience only a mild, flu-like illness, however, infections duringpregnancy can lead to premature delivery, infection of the newborn, orevenstillbirth.

This recall is associated with the voluntary recall of Cremona Grated Dairy Product by Arla Foods Inc., Concord, Ontario. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
