You can calibrate the peaks before sample analysis.In operating interface, set up peak retention time, peak width (~5%),and give it a name of the calibrated peaks.Details should be available in the operation manual.

楼主说得不清不楚的。一般可以用色谱仪器的软件来判别峰的纯度，方法说明书里面都有，不必上来问吧。
