Yes, many reference books are in English and some ppts by engineers are also in English. But I'm so young that English is not that easy to understand.

In my company, the computer's operation system (Windowa) and MS offices are English version, as well as instruments' softwares, email is communicated in English, allmost all documents, SOPs, technical reference are in English. So I have to read them in English.

Not need to read english reference because i am a sales. But we have english report meeting every Friday to summary the weekly work, just oral english.
