Many mistakes here.
"effect (verb)" means to make something happen, e.g. effect a reform
"affect" means influence 影响.
Therefore, "affect" should be used here.
"yes,it is effect" - effect/affect is a transitive verb, should say: "yes, it affects us"
"yes,it is effect very" - "yes, it affects us very much"
"Obviously, price of commodities go up high and it's not easy to make a living!" - what goes up is the price but not commodities. If a singular noun "price" is used, it should become "price of commodities goes up....."
