求教：2mm厚的玻璃上做的50-500nm厚的薄膜，如何做TEM？

膜揭下来,用双联铜网固定

长的很牢固，容易破坏结构吧。
如何具体操作呢？请多指教。。。

先对粘，切片（或磨），然后用离子减薄减薄一下。不过要看截面，对制样技术要求比较高，在北京做一个样好像要2000多块钱

离北京也近。想去北京测试这些样品TEM和HRTEM。

麻烦推荐几个单位。。。从版面上看，物理所，有色金属总院可以做吧。。

Do you have to grow your membrane on glass?

If you membrane doesn't dissolve in water, maybe you can try to grow your sample on a smooth surface of NaCl crystal and dissolve NaCl in water , only your membrane left. It is too tedious to prepare samples by dimple, ion-milling...
