1. The positive controls, negative controls, and standard curve must all be acceptable for the run to be considered valid.
2. The duplicated positive controls must be positive and the negative controls negative.
3. The standard curve is considered valid if the duplicates are within one two-fold dilution of the lysate label claim. If either duplicate is not within one two-fold dilution, the run is invalid.
