31a | 回收自且用于医疗设备，包括体外诊断医疗设备，或电子显微镜及其附件的维修和翻新的备用部件中的铅、镉、六价铬和多溴联苯醚，如果再使用是在能查找的闭环商对商回收系统中并且已向消费者通报，豁免至： (a) 用于除体外诊断医疗设备外的医疗设备，2021年7月21日； (b) 用于体外诊断医疗设备，2023年7月21日； (c) 用于电子显微镜及其附件，2024年7月21日。 Lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) in spare parts recovered from and used for the repair or refurbishment of medical devices, including in vitro diagnostic medical devices, or electron microscopes and their accessories, provided that the reuse takes place in auditable closed-loop business-to-business return systems and that each reuse of parts is notified to the customer. Expires on: (a) 21 July 2021 for the use in medical devices other than in-vitro diagnostic medical devices; (b) 21 July 2023 for the use in in-vitro diagnostic medical devices; (c) 21 July 2024 for the use in electron microscopes and their accessories. |
