RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide Administrative support to support Rental & Renovation operation in Field Service center, including IHRO/SO orders documentation in SAP CRM, parts ordering for IHRO/SO orders, submit service confirmation timely if it required including system error/down for FSEs. Ensure rigiorous operation to meet compliance requirements. ? Provides routine support for Rental & Renovation Service. Responds for internal and external customers’ requirements, acts as liaison during rental & renovation service. ? Solves a broad range of operation problems which are limited in scope and complexity.
QUALIFICATION
? College degree or higher education preferred ? Requires 2+ years of related work experience and experience of using CRM (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic 365, etc.) is a must ? Good communication & collaboration skills ? Time management and sense of urgency in fast paced environment ? Responsibility, teamwork and ability to multi-task and work in a stressful environment.
