摘要:检测人员的能力和经验是保证检测工作质量的首要前提,人员对比是检测人员技能水平的最佳方法。本文采用实验室内部人员比对方法根据《NYT 761-2008 蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》中的方法一来检测西葫芦中三唑磷和甲基对硫磷的残留。结果表明,上述两项比对项目,其线性系数大于0.99,在0.12mg/kg添加水平下,三唑磷回收率在65.8%-93.3%之间;甲基对硫磷回收率在63.3%-90.8%之间。

Abstract:The ability and experience of testing personnel is the firstprerequisite to ensure the quality of testing work. In this paper, internallaboratory personnel comparison method was adopted to detect the residues oftriazophos and methyl parathion in zucchini according to the method in NYT761-2008 determination of multiple residues of organophosphorus,organochlorine, pyrethroids and carbamate pesticides in vegetables and fruits.The results showed that the linear coefficient of the above two comparison itemswas greater than 0.99, and the recovery rate of triazophos was between 65.8%and 93.3% at the addition level of 0.12mg/kg. The recovery of methyl parathionranged from 63.3% to 90.8%.

本次人员对比虽然涉及的指标单一,但是从一定程度上反映了此次参加检测人员的水平,人员可根据此次对比进行分析,总结,相互交流经验与心得体会,探讨检测过程中存在的问题,提升自身检测水平,以提高检测数据的可靠性。
