有机硒和无机硒的测定有所不同。茶叶中的有机硒要用逐步加热的方法,不可快速加热到最高温度,否则会挥发。我们测过酵母、肝脏、肌肉、甲鱼、蛋、牛奶中的硒,一般就用逐步升温法。可以使用可控温得消解炉,到200度左右时逐步加热。使用逐步升温回收率较高。具体的升温过程我需要找老文件。保持联系。先给你一篇文章参考。自己把原文查一下吧

Determination of Selenium Content in Broiler Liver with Wet Digestion in Boiling Water Bath by Zeeman Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

采用水浴湿法消化,以Pd(NO3)2-Triton X-100作为基体改进剂,应用Zeeman石墨炉原子吸收法测定了肝组织硒含量。试验结果表明,肝组织经水浴湿法消化测得的硒含量与消化炉湿法消化测定结果基本一致(P>0.05),相对标准偏差为1.11%,回收率为95.80%~100.40%。石墨炉原子吸收法测定硒的检测限为5.0 μg/L。
The broiler liver was digested by the nitric/perchloric acids in boiling water bath and the selenium was determined by Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) after addition of Pd (NO3)2-Triton X-100 as a matrix modifer. The results demonstrated that the selenium contents in the liver digested with the acids in boiling water bath were not different from those in heating block (P>0.05) with the relative standard deviation and recovery rate to be 1.11%and 95.80%-100.40%respectively, and the detection limit of selenium for GFAAS to be 5.0μg/L.
