数十个：dozens
数十年：dozens of years

有些，或有点怎么样如何讲呢？ a bit or somewhat?? Just like a bit tricky or this policy is somewaht unclear yet for implementation

数十万：tens of millions或dozens of millions
数亿：hundreds of millions或several hundred millions

不知道还有没有其它说法。愿闻其详。

I learnt this word in high school long time ago and also read this word frequently in newspapers, but I have never used it in my writing; perhaps, this is due to the cultural background.

happyjyl is correct except the typing error 数十万 which should be 数千万

There should be a “s” after “million”, .0/F is incorrect

I read a phase “unnoticeable amount of xxx”. I wonder that since it is unnoticeable, how do I know the existence of the xxx. Anyway, I think that it implies a very small amount of xxx.

Perhaps, it may be equivalent to “trace” (痕量) in chemical test.
