什么标准，能放上来吗

Since the heading is 钢铁类单词, I suggest the following translations:

bar : (钢)条 (generally with rectangular cross section)
rod : (钢)枝/棒 (generally with circular cross section)
plate : (钢)板
sheet : (钢)片 (薄钢板)

But different standards will have different translations; for example, reinforcing bar (i.e. rebar) in concrete engineering is called 钢筋.

I have no idea on the other terms.

ASTM E 381-1998 由棒材、坯段、大方坯和锻件组成的钢制品的宏观浸蚀试验、检验及评定

"Bar" here is translated as 棒材, which is better than what I suggested in 2/F (钢条).
