【讨论】请教preparation,solution,liquor,liquid的区别

Preparation可以制备的样品，或者样品溶液。一个preparation可以表示prepared solution, prepared sample等说法。
而你所说的三种都达不到这种效果

那如果说test solution,不也是试验溶液么？
是不是我的这种说法英语不这样表述呢？

还真没想过这个问题。在我翻译过的资料里面，standard preparation，standard solution，test preparation，test solution都经常出现，我觉得作为“溶液”时用preparation和solution都可以，至于另外两个，是“液体”的意思，没见过用来表示溶液的（至少在药学英语里没见过。）

preparation的英文解释：
The act or process of preparing.
The state of having been made ready beforehand; readiness.
A preliminary measure that serves to make ready for something. Often used in the plural: preparations for the wedding.
A substance, such as a medicine, prepared for a particular purpose.
Music.
The anticipation of a dissonant tone by means of its introduction as a consonant tone in the preceding chord.

test solution 是可以用的，但是不一定是prepared的，用词的重点不一样而已，在前提明确的情况下，都是可以用的。

preparation,经过制备的样品或标准溶液
solution,任何种类的溶液，可以与preparation通用吧
liquor,一般指酒类，特别是含酒精高的酒类
liquid，一般各类液体的简称，通俗的社会英语
