【求助】关于方法学验证方面的英译中，请高手帮忙！

这是GC还是HPLC还是TLC？请楼主说明背景并贴出上下文。

Range: The concentration interval over which the relationship between response and concentration are continuous and repeatable.
这句话说的应该是线性范围，如果是的话应该意译成：
线性范围：（检测器的）响应值与（样品）浓度成线性，且重复测定时这种线性关系不变。
为什么要用continuous，要看上下文才能知道这是作者的习惯用法还是有什么特殊的意思。

A minimum of 5 calibration standard injections will be used for each analytical run at a single concentration for (RF) if one will be used for quantitation.
用于定量时，每个浓度的标准品应至少进样五次并计算RF值。
这里的one是什么？要看上下文才清楚。for each analytical run：这里的run是指每次进样后仪器的分析过程。for each analytical run可以不译。

The weighting which represents the least amount of manipulation will be used for quantitation of all runs.
没看到上下文，不好随便说。

continuous应该翻译成“连续的”

字面上看的确是“连续的”之意，但这样翻译说不通啊。“响应值和浓度之间的关系是连续的”－这是什么意思呢?我觉得那句话说的是方法学验证里的线性范围，所以那样翻译。究竟是不是，要等楼主贴出上下文才能知道。

我试一下：

浓度间隔应该具有一致性和可重复性。（指配制系列标准溶液的浓度间隔一定，比如1，2，3，4，5mg/ml)

至少用5针的RF平均值来作为Rf值，对于色谱来说应该是保留时间？

不知是否正确，请指正。

又琢磨了一下,一致性不太对,是否应为:连续可变的?
就是说，间隔可以不一致，比如1，2，5，10，50mg/ml。
这么一来，意思就完全不同了。实际情况中应该是连续可变常用。就这个了！

这个响应值和浓度之间应该是线性关系，这个线性应该是连续的。

请教斑竹：这句话的主语是什么？over是什么意思啊？我以为主语是the concentration interval呢！是否楼主没有帖出上文呢？
但是interval应该是单数形式，与后面的are不匹配，望指教！
