IEC62321里提到的定义也是来自我上述提供的文件

IEC62321是没有的，如下：
This standard does not determine:
• the definition of a “unit” or “homogenous material” as the sample;
• the disassembly procedure employed for obtaining a sample;
• assessment procedures.

我是想找定义homogenous material的原始文件，是不是在哪一版ROHS指令修改中啊？还是拿的其他法规标准中的定义？
