【求助】DSC测试时仪器不能运行

热分析仪

  • 型号为DSC Q10。使用中出现datafile acceptor is not answering的错误提示，但是运行没有什么问题。
    另外仪器无法升温到150度以上，超过150度时自动停止，出现flange temperature limit exceeded的错误信息。但是之前
    做相同试验的时候一切正常，没有问题。
    测试软件为4.9.1版，但是仪器内部软件没有升过，还是原来的购买时的版本。电脑系统为XP SP2

    把异常的过程详细的描述，最好能附上截图或测试的LOG FILE，告知仪器厂家，这样得到的解决方案会更准确~~~

    查看一下“Instrument log”，找到错误编号
    然后到帮助里输入错误编号，里面会告诉你原因

    仪器是用压缩空气制冷的吗？
    测试的升温速率是多少？是不是设定了过温保护而没有打开制冷系统？
    我对TA的仪器不怎么熟，建议最好还是直接问厂家，他们的技术支持还是很不错的。
