FRACTURE BURST ANALYSIS OF THE Y43H-16 TYPE PISTON PRESSURE REDUCING VALVES

Abstract: In this paper the main the Y43H-16 type piston pressure reducing valves took place burst when the maintenanced system of transport steam piping was trying running. By the help of investigation, perambulation and the testing of micromechanism, macrostructure, tomogram, Chemical composition analysis and mechanical property to the help of piston pressure reducing valves. The results shows that the poor mechanical property and misemploy were the main factors to cause the piston pressure reducing valves burst.

某储存仓库输送蒸汽管道维修完毕后,通蒸汽试运行,期间活塞式减压阀壳体发生爆裂。该活塞式减压阀曾使用了一个月,壳体材料为HT200,公称压力为1.6MPa,工作温度≤200℃。
1.现场调查勘验
蒸汽输送管道安装示意图见图1;主输送蒸汽管道、仓库分支输送蒸汽管道和活塞式减压阀位于同一水平面上,储存仓库分支输送蒸汽管道停气维修时,关闭了主阀门,主蒸汽输送管道仍正常输送蒸汽。维修完毕后,开启主阀门通入蒸气,进行管道暖管和排水;排水完毕,为提高压力,继续旋启主阀门,此期间活塞式减压阀发生爆裂。活塞式减压阀位于输送蒸汽管道的分支线路上,主输送蒸汽管道、分支输送蒸汽管道、主阀门等均未见损坏。减压阀产品使用说明书规定的安装示意图见图2;事故现场蒸汽输送管道的安装情况与减压阀说明书安装示意图比较,在输气主阀前未安装过滤器和压力表,减压阀安装处无旁通管道。据调查,事故发生事段,仓库蒸汽输送管道压力为1.13MPa,温度为273.75℃

2.宏观检查
减压阀样品宏观形貌见图3,爆裂阀体碎片长度约为101mm,宽度约为65mm,周边厚度为10.2~12.7mm,阀壁与下端盖底座的交界面处有一条贯穿整个界面的微裂缝,裂缝与爆裂孔洞相连。根据阀体爆口情况、裂缝的走向及分布,可以判断图3中a位置为断裂源部位。经拆检阀体,内部各零部件无损伤痕迹,阀体内部调节装置的气孔通畅,阀体内壁表面沉积的污垢较少,在阀体下端盖底座内表面附近可观察到内表面颜色明显分为两部分,其分界线与减压阀输气孔底端一致。
