在搅拌下译成under stirring感觉不太合适，个人认为是不是应该用with stirring?
另外，stir与agitate都是搅拌的意思，它们有什么区别没有？

under stirring感觉可以的
stir采用机械的力量旋转搅动搅拌（圆周），力量小；
agitate可以通过气体其他方式对物料进行翻动，拌动（上下？？？），力量或幅度大=stir up

没仔细研究过它们的区别，就是常用前者，有时用后者而已。
