井冈霉素A的反相高效液相色谱分析

摘要:建立了一种用反相高效液相色谱测定井冈霉素A的定量分析方法。使用新型Venusil HILIC液相色谱柱,以乙腈与水不同比例进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长为210 nm。 该方法的标准偏差为0.24,变异系数为0.42%,回收率在96.5%~101.8%之间,线性相关系数为0.9987。 该方法简便、快速、准确、精密,适用于井冈霉素A 的定量分析。

Determination of Jingangmycin A by Reversed-phase HPLC

Abstract: A method for quantitative analysis of fungicide jingangmycin A was developed by areversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograph on a Venusil HILIC column by a lineargradient elution of different ratio of acetonitrile/water by volume as mobile phase with 1.0 mL/min flow ratio and UV detection at 210 nm. The standard derivation was 0.24, coefficient of variation was 0.42%, recovery was 96.5 to 101.8%, and the liner correlation coefficient was 0.9987. The method was proved to be simple, quick, accurate and precise to quantitative measure for jingangmycin A.
